SCA\JA RETURNS POLICY


HOLIDAY RETURNS PERIOD EXTENSION
All orders delivered between December 15th and January 1st benefit from an extended return window of 30 days (instead of the usual 14).

ONLINE ORDERS

 

If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will work with the courier to investigate.
If the chosen delivery method does not require a signature and is marked as delivered, SCA\JA cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or theft.
If you receive damaged items, contact us at customercare@scajaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Pricing and Promotions:

 

Orders placed on scajaofficial.com are not eligible for price matching with other retailers.


Orders placed before sales or promotions cannot be retroactively adjusted to a discounted price.

 


RETURN REQUESTS

 

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting customercare@scajaofficial.com


Once your return request is authorized, please ship the items back within 14 days.
Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Please do not attach shipping labels directly on the product’s original box. Place the shoebox inside another box for shipping.


Use a box similar in size to the original packaging to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. If you’re unsure, please contact us before sending your return.
We cannot accept responsibility for items not originally purchased from scajaofficial.com that may be accidentally included in your return package.
We aim to process returns within 14 days after they arrive at our warehouse.

 

Refunds:

We do not refund original shipping fees.
Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense.
After inspection, we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method.

 

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us at customercare@scajaofficial.com
If the new product’s price differs, we will either request an additional payment or refund the difference once the exchange is processed.
If the original item was discounted, we will maintain the equivalent discount level for the exchanged product, provided it’s eligible for a discount.

 

STORE CREDIT & GIFT VOUCHERS

Returning items for store credit is free of charge (no return fee, but you cover the cost of shipping the items back).
Store credit and gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Store credit and vouchers cannot be converted into cash.
If an order was paid partially or entirely with a gift voucher, any refund due will be split proportionally between the original payment method and the gift voucher.

 

SALES/OUTLET/PROMOTIONS

Items purchased on sale, from the outlet section, or during promotions can be exchanged or returned for store credit. They are not eligible for a cash refund.
The same policy applies to items purchased with personalized discount codes.

 

WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects for items purchased directly from scajaofficial.com.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or water damage.
To claim under warranty, contact customercare@scajaofficial.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will determine whether to repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 

SAMPLE SALES T&Cs

All items purchased during sample sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No warranty applies to sample sale items.
Store credit cannot be applied at sample sales.

Keep section headers clear and concise.
Offer a brief FAQ at the end for common questions.
Avoid unnecessary technical jargon.
Provide straightforward instructions and expected timelines.
