We want you to be completely satisfied with your SCA\JA purchase. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our shoes and the thoughtful care we offer. If your order doesn’t satisfy you, our team is here to assist you.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Unworn Shoes: Returns are accepted if shoes are unused and in their original condition, with all tags and materials intact. Gently Tried-On Shoes: Shoes may be tried on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure a proper fit. Items showing wear, damage, or scuff marks will not qualify for a return or refund. Customized or Personalized Items: Bespoke or personalized shoes are not eligible for return or refund.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
1. Place the shoes in their original shoebox with all accompanying materials (dust bags, cards, tissue paper). Do not use the shoebox as a shipping container.
2. Reuse the original shipping box provided, which is designed for double use. If unavailable, package the shoebox in a sturdy box for protection during transit.
3. Returns shipped using only the shoebox as the outer packaging may incur a deduction from your refund.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, by contacting support@scajaofficial.com..
Holiday Season Policy: During the holiday season, we may extend the return window for your convenience. Details will be shared on our website.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Returns are shipped at SCA\JA’s expense. If you choose to keep the dust bags, € 10 will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
Items showing wear, damage, or missing components will be returned to you at your expense or result in a deduction. Our team will notify you if this occurs.
STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Contact Us: Email support@scajaofficial.com. with the subject line: “Refund: Order [Your Order Number]”. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Once your return request is authorized, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Use it within 7 days to avoid delays.
Prepare Your Package: Use a transparent bag to attach the shipping label securely. Ensure it is visible on the outside of the box. Include additional documents (e.g., customs forms) as instructed.
Ship Your Return: Drop the package at the carrier’s location and retain the tracking receipt. Important: We recommend using the prepaid return label to ensure safe transit. If you arrange your own shipping, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that there are no automated return links—each request is handled personally to ensure the best service.
REFUND DETAILS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Processing takes 3–10 business days after approval. Delays may occur during holiday periods or international transactions.
